Nursery & Early Years (for 2 years 9 months to 5 year olds)

In the Early Years we pride ourselves on providing outstanding care for every individual child. The process starts with building up social skills to help them communicate and co-operate with each other and with their dedicated and experienced team of teachers.

From an early age we encourage independent thinking and support pupils to make good choices. We aim to treat each child as an individual, helping them to learn at a pace that is right for them. At the same time we offer a fun, safe and exciting curriculum, based on the national ‘Birth to Five Framework’. Our aim is to take our children above and beyond the national expectations, as and when they are ready to do so.

Specialist teachers in French, Music, Art, ICT, Dance and PE extend and broaden our children’s educational experience. We value the contribution of music and creative skills to the development of young brains and provide as much time as possible outside the classroom, both within the school’s stimulating play areas and on various local visits.
