Sunninghill Prep School has a reputation for high academic standards. In the last 5 years every pupil entered for Common Entrance has passed into their chosen school. While 100%, of those entered for scholarships to Independent senior schools in the last two years, have been successful in gaining awards to Millfield, Kings Taunton and Sherborne schools.

Many pupils also move onto Thomas Hardye, our local State senior school at 13. They take the Key Stage 3 equivalent exam one year early and still outperform their local and national counterparts significantly. Most of our pupils are placed in the top few sets on their entry to the school.
